WITH THE NATIONAL TALENT development program FilmLab Norway as a starting point, methods for project development and feedback culture are among the topics covered in this seminar. Accompanying researcher Ingrid M.Tolstad at OsloMet followed the program for three years and will present her findings. What can research show us about the methods used? In what way
