Call for Books at Haugesund

Building on the success of last year's personalized meetings between literary agents and film producers, we are continuing with the one-to-one speed meeting format and are currently seeking literary projects suitable for cinematic adaptation. 

The Books at Haugesund one-to-one meetings will take place Wednesday, 21 August. We will host an informal dinner after the event, providing an excellent opportunity for networking with producers and fellow literary agents. 

We invite you to submit a synopsis and relevant information for up to two selected books, which will serve as the foundation for the one-to-one meetings.  

For the selected literary projects, we offer: 

• Tailored one-on-one meetings with Nordic film producers 
• Accommodation for 2 nights for one literary agent (20 - 22 August)  
• Breakfast at the hotel 
• Festival accreditation which gives free admission to the Nordic Film Market as well as all screenings, seminars, events and activities  

Submit your literary project in our Call for Projects Form by June 7th.
