I cannot log in with the e-mail I registered with. What do I do?

First, check if you have written the correct password and username (e-mail). The same error message will appear if you write either the password or the username wrong.

If that still does not work, write your e-mail into the “I’ve forgotten my password” box. It looks like this:

If the e-mail is registered to an account, you will get sent a link to change your password. If the e-mail is not registered to an account you will get a message to “create your account”.

I have not received any e-mails. How can I register?

If it seems like you have not gotten an e-mail with the link to create your account, it may have ended up in the spamfilter, or if you are using a gmail account, it could end up in the ads/social filters.

If you have looked in all these areas, please contact us and we will find a solution.

ACCREDITATION

What is included in my accreditation?

The standard festival accreditation includes a festival pass with access to all screenings in the main programme and to the events without additional ticket fees. The events without extra ticket fees are events like the opening film, the closing film and several seminars.

A standard festival accreditation gives access to all regular festival events from the 20th – 26th of August.

Can I participate in the regular festival events with a New Nordic Films accreditation?

Yes, the NNF accreditation includes a standard festival accreditation.

My guest code is not working, what do I do now?

If your guest code is not working, it could mean you chose the wrong accreditation. Check what your invite says and chose the corresponding accreditation. Start again. Your guest code should work now.

PAYMENT

Do I have to log in or create a Paypal account to pay?

No, you do not have to log in or create a Paypal account. You can use guest checkout. Choose this option and your payment information will not be stored with Paypal.

To pay as guest:

When you arrive at the Paypal site you can be met by two different pages:

If you meet the first page, click on the “pay by debit or credit card” and you will be brought to the second page.

If you meet the second page, you can pay as you normally would online.

TICKETS

I changed my mind and want to go to an event after all. How can I buy a ticket if I did not choose this option in my accreditation?

Contact us for registration for events before the festival. During the festival, all registrations for all events can be purchased at the info and accreditation desk in the lobby of Festiviteten.

I do not want an accreditation but I would like to buy a festival pass/day pass/multi-pass/single tickets. How can I do this?

Festival passes, day passes, multi-passes and single tickets can be bought at Edda Kino (cinema), their app or in their webstore.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

What do I do if I want to change my order?

You can change your order after you have a finalized accreditation.

Is it possible to cancel an accreditation or a registered event?

Yes, it is possible.

Do I get a full refund if I cancel my accreditation or a registered event?

Yes, if you cancel before the 15th of August, you get a full refund. After this date it is not possible to refund an accreditation or a registered event.
